Vexspindle is a level 24 Goblin located in Ratchet, in the Barrens. He is a cloth and leather armor vendor, and maintains the armor store "Plate-n-Chain" along with Grazlix, a mail and shield merchant. He has a selection of common and uncommon armors mainly of interest to characters of level 17-20, such as the Owl Bracers. He carries a small knife.
